Decameron Hotels revolutionizes its Financial Management: Consolidation and control in a single solution

The implementation of the budgeting process at Decameron Hotels and the units that make up the group aimed to centralize and automate the budgeting process in a comprehensive way. This covered everything from the planning of revenues, costs and expenses to the generation of budgetary financial statements. The project sought to optimize traditional processes, which were often manual, decentralized and error-prone, in order to provide an advanced technological solution that would allow for efficient and collaborative management.


One of the key objectives was to achieve financial consolidation of the group, allowing the generation of consolidated financial statements in a collaborative environment. With a centralized platform, all key players in the process – financial, operational and administrative – could actively participate in budget planning and monitoring in real time, with access to updated and consistent data.


In addition, the main objective was to reduce processing times and allow users to focus on analyzing financial and operational information, instead of spending time on operational and manual tasks.



The implementation of the budgeting solution at Decameron Hotels achieved significant transformations in the way financial budgets are managed and consolidated, resulting in several key achievements:


  • Integration of the budget process in a single technological solution : One of the biggest advances was the centralization of the budget process, which allowed all areas involved to participate collaboratively in the preparation and monitoring of the budget. This considerably reduced the inconsistencies and duplications that used to arise in manual processes, making all information accessible and consistent on an integrated platform.
